Payment

All orders are C.O.D. Cash, money order or Visa unless terms have already been established. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Sales tax

Applicable taxes are extra.

 Shipping

Shipping charges are extra. If the order is large enough, free shipping will be considered.

 Damaged goods

If the product arrives damaged, immediate notification is required as well as making note of it on the signed delivery slip.

 Return policy

We will accept sealed returned products in it’s original condition within 30 days of purchase date.  A 20% restocking charge will apply.

Defective products

Defective products will be processed as per manufacturer’s warranty.
